Today we compared fiction and non-fiction books.

Library book exchange tomorrow. 

We had a special guest from Glenbow museum visit us today! We learned how to take good care of the artifacts that we will be looking at during our field trip to the museum.

Our special guest today was Darcy Turning Robe. He told us about his special drum and he sang some songs for us in Blackfoot language.

In science we did experiments to make colour lighter and darker.

Library books can be exchanged tomorrow or on Thursday. We have a special guest coming to school on Wednesday so we will not be able to exchange our books on Wednesday.
In math today we did patterns. We learned to represent patterns in different ways.
Letter of the day was 'l'. We practiced printing words that begin with letter 'l'.
Our new literacy center is 'puppets'.
Basketball club started today and two students from our class participated in this club.
